Dr. Crystal Fields
Executive Director; BCBA-D, LBA; Ed.S, M.S. Special Ed, CPR Instructor
Crystal has worked with children with Autism and other special needs for the past 14 years. She received her Master of Education in 2011 from Cambridge College. She received her BCBA in 2015 from the Florida Institute of Technology. Then continued her education receiving her Masters in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University in 2018. Moreover, she finished working on her ABA Doctoral program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and received her PhD, December 2022. In addition to pursuing her educational goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.
Bradrick Fields
Operational Director and CPR Instructor
Bradrick "Brad" is currently serving in the United States Air Force. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University in 2009. He has 12 plus years of experience supporting the educational needs of a diverse population. Brad also planned and facilitated increased social skills and cooperation through structured play with children ages 5-17. In his free time, Brad enjoys taking his family on adventures everywhere from the park to Disney.
Dodi Allen
Speech Language Pathologist M.A. CCC-SLP, RBT, CPR Instructor, Office Manager
Dodi received her Bachelor of Science in communication disorders from Bridgewater State University in 1999. From there, she continued to Temple University. She received her M.A. in Communication Disorder; Speech-Language Pathology in 2002. Dodi is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Dodi has been working in the field of education for the last 20 years. For the last 18 years, she has provided Speech-Language services in the school setting with a focus on students with Autism and other special needs. Dodi fills her spare time with family activities that include her 2 grandchildren.
Casey Meredith
Executive Administrator
Casey received her Bachelor’s in human service from Old Dominion University in 2013. She has over 17 years of experience working with children. She was responsible for creating and implementing daily schedules that increased socialization skills and focused on naturalistic teaching. She also worked as a patient relations specialist and helped facilitate effective communication?She also worked daily to support their educational needs. Casey loves to spend time with her family, especially her husband and 3 sons. They love camping, traveling, relaxing, watching football, and experiencing new adventures together.
Michael Meredith
Maintenance Technician
Michael Meredith has been responsible for the upkeep and repair of rental property. In addition, to being a handyman for hire for 10+ years. He also worked as the team lead at a print company in charge of high profile print jobs and maintaining and fixing the machines for production line. He made sure the company production line ran smoothly and performed routine and emergency repairs, conducting inspections, and liasing with contractors when needed for 15+ years. When he isn't fixing things he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons. They love camping, traveling, relaxing, watching football, and experiencing new adventures together. He also loves hunting!
Elise Grybos (she/her)
M.S. Ed, BCBA, LBA
Elise has worked in the special education field for the past 14 years, specializing in working with students with Autism, ID, and other special needs. She received a dual degree of a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Geneva College in 2008. In 2014, she received her Master’s in Education from Cambridge College. She then continued her education, enrolling in the Behavior Analyst Certification Program at Old Dominion University and completed it in 2018. Since 2018, she has been a certificated and practicing BCBA focused on working with children with Autism. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing games, reading, and taking road trips.
Meet Bruce, the fur-tastic therapy dog at our ABA clinic! When he’s not lounging around in his cozy bed, chasing squirrels in the backyard, or wagging his tail, Bruce is hard at work helping our kiddos smile. Known for his paw-sitive energy and unrivaled skills in napping, Bruce excels at giving out belly rubs and paw-shakes like no one else. He’s got a sixth sense for when someone needs a furry friend to lean on and will always be there for a gentle snuggle. Bruce’s secret talents include sneaking snacks when no one’s looking (but don’t tell the humans!) and turning therapy time into playtime. Whether it’s chasing a squeaky toy or offering a comforting snuggle, Bruce is here to brighten your day, one wag at a time.
Sarah King
M.S. Ed, BCBA, LBA
Sarah has been working in the special education field for over the past 15 years, working with students with Autism, ID, and special needs. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Geneva College in 2008. In 2012, she received her Master's in Early Childhood Education from Old Dominion University. She has been a special education classroom teacher since 2008 in self-contained classrooms. In 2018, she completed the Behavior Analyst Certification Program at Old Dominion University and has been working in the field as well since. In her free time, she enjoys going to farmer's markets, hiking, traveling and playing games.
Billy Eason
Registered Behavior Technician
Billy has worked in the area of special education as a highly qualified teacher assistant since 2013. Across a variety of classrooms (elementary to high school), he has worked with students of varying special needs (Autism, intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders, oppositional defiance, other health impairments, and Speech-Language disabilities). Billy enjoys being very active in his church using his musical talent on the drums. In addition, Billy has a wife and daughter he enjoys spending time with.
Jerissa Gregory
Registered Behavior Technician
Jerissa Gregory is a teacher of students with Autism and other special needs and have worked in the field of special education for 15+ years across elementary, middle, and high schools. Jerissa expresses,"I can’t describe the joy it brings me to see one of my students have a significant change in behavior/academics throughout the school year. I can simply reiterate the previous statement..."It brings me joy"."
She has a B.S in Business Management from Hampton University and a M. Ed with a K-12 Moderate Disabilities endorsement, from Cambridge College. In her free time she enjoys entertaining and just relaxing with the people she loves and who love her just the same.
Brittany Ballard
Registered Behavior Technician
Brittany Ballard has worked with children for 10+ years and have been a behavior therapist for three years and counting. Before that, she graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Health Science with a focus in Family Studies and Occupational Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two cats, two dogs, and the family lizard. She also enjoys painting, reading, and hiking.
Julie Potter
Registered Behavior Technician
Julie has worked teaching and coaching across various formats including art (all aspects), athletics (swimming, softball, golf), and academics (K-12). She graduated from the University of Montevallo having earned several awards, a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in painting and drawing, and participated in a studies abroad program in Cortona, Italy through the University of Georgia. Julie has been a successful entrepreneur since 1994 working as a scenic artist, muralist and creator of decorative finishes. She has been employed by the Chesapeake Public School system since 2008 first as a bus driver and for the last 8 years as a Teacher Assistant in a LEAD classroom helping students 8-18 academically and socially. When off the clock Julie likes to spend time in her studio, garden, reading, hiking, camping, and being with friends and family.

My name is Ashley Ulloa. I have worked with children for about 4 years. Previously, I worked as a/an childcare teacher and special education tutor. In my free time I like to spend time with my baby, crochet, watch movies, and go for walks.
Shari Fenneman
Registered Behavior Technician
Shari Fennerman has been a highly qualified teacher assistant since 2017. Her experience is general education and special education settings, and specializing in; Children with Autism, ADHD, emotional and learning disabilities. She recently achieved obtaining her RBT certification to further her experience. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with loved ones, and participating in church ministries.
Olivia Acor
Registered Behavior Technician
Olivia Acor is a Hampton Roads native. She grew up in the Greenbrier area as the oldest of 5 kids. After tumbling her way through Indian River High School with Cheer and Gymnastics, she spent time working a few different jobs within the customer service field before joining us here at Bridging B.L.O.C.K.S. Having been surrounded with so many family children all of her life, she has really found a strength here with our clients and quickly completed her training and testing to become a RBT (Registered Behavior Technician). When she is not here with us, she loves to spend time with her fur babies (2 cats), family, and boyfriend.
Rayshon Boyd
Registered Behavior Technician
Rayshon is a Registered Behavioral Technician that started his career when he turned 18. He lives with his family of 5, dealing with his lovable siblings and parents. Moved to Virginia from Hawaii in 2014 as his father is military. He is currently working on pushing his education in college and goals to help others. He likes to use his time by playing games and talking with friends.

I’m a proud grandmother to 13 amazing grandkids who bring so much joy and excitement to my life. I’ve always loved being around kids, which is why I’m passionate about my work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Helping children grow, learn, and reach their potential is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. When I’m not working or spending time with my grandkids, you can find me indulging in one of my favorite pastimes: shopping! Whether it’s hunting for the perfect gift, exploring new trends, or simply enjoying a day out, shopping is my way of combining fun with a little adventure. I believe in the power of kindness, laughter, and staying connected with loved ones. Life’s greatest treasures are the memories we create together, and I’m always ready to make more.
Marquetta Murray
Registered Behavior Technician
Marquetta Murray has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Norfolk State University and currently working to obtain her certificate in Adaptive Curriculum from Old Dominion University. She has worked in the field of early childhood education for 10+ years as a teacher and director. In 2019 made the transition from ECE to the school-aged population by joining SECEP as a teacher assistant. In 2020, moved up from assistant to lead teacher of my first self-contained classroom. Making that transition made her realize how much she enjoys working in the special education field. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, crafting and watching tv!
Darian Adams
Behavior Technician
Darian received a Bachelors degree in psychology from Norfolk State in 2001. During this time he spent 3 years as a long term sub for Norfolk Public School at Granby Elementary before working at an adult group home for 2 years. In 2003 Darian joined SECEP and remained with them until 2022. While working with SECEP, Darian had the opportunity to work at every level (elementary, middle, and high school) in a variety of programs ASP, EBICS, RE-ED, ODU, and Project Search. Darian became part of our Bridging B.L.O.C.K.S Family during the summer of 2022 and we couldn’t be more excited. In his spare time he enjoys playing chess and taking care of his reptiles.
Jessica Santo
Behavior Technician
Jessica came to Hampton Roads from Waco, Tx. in 2010. It was in 2010 that she married her Navy husband and they have been growing their family since. Currently, Jessica has 3 sons and is looking forward to welcoming her fourth soon. Jessica participates heavily in the community. She has not only been part of the PTA at Creekside Elementary for years, but she is currently and has been the President since 2018. Jessica is the Hampton Roads coordinator for the Walk for Apraxia and began coordinating National Night Out. We at Bridging B.L.O.C.K.S are excited to welcome her and her great work. When Jessica is not working or volunteering, she is with her boys at the ballfield.
Danielle Waiyanet

Danielle was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She is a mom of four with her first grandbaby on the way. She has a special needs sister and grew up volunteering with the Special Olympics from the age of 8 until the present. She had an in-home daycare for 10 years as well as working in a church preschool. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, the beach, concerts and reading

Rachel Hull
Registered Behavior Technician
Rachel has lived in Chesapeake, VA her whole life. She has worked with children as both a camp counselor for two summers and a behavior technician for one summer. She graduated from Christopher Newport University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is attending Regent University for her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her free time she enjoys reading, going for long walks, and spending time with loved ones.
Sophie Hyman
Registered Behavior Technician
Sophie is a passionate behavior technician of five years, currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William and Mary. Her diverse background includes roles as a color guard coach, language arts tutor, camp counselor, and CLASS data collector (it’s an acronym). In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading Webtoon, listening to audiobooks, and exploring creative projects.
Theo Wolfe
Behavior Technician
Born and raised in South Florida, Theodore Wolfe graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School before joining the United States Navy in 2019. After traveling the world and serving his country for 5 years of active duty service, he is now veteran who pursues his personal and professional passion for art, music, and ABA therapy. When he's not spending time with his loved ones or working towards becoming an RBT, he enjoys exercising, sketching or writing poetry and short stories.
